Summary

  • add a React Local Impact page for state/county Marketplace enrollment context
  • add tiny CMS 2026 OEP sample fixtures plus 2026 HealthCare.gov/state-based marketplace platform config
  • add modular Python and React enrollment context accessors with focused pytest coverage
  • add a lightweight CMS County/ZIP PUF ingestion helper for regenerating compact fixtures from selected full-PUF rows

Tests

  • uv run pytest tests/test_enrollment_context.py tests/test_enrollment_ingest.py
  • npm run build
  • curl -I http://127.0.0.1:5173/
